In kitchen, Miles & Maz arte talking bout Alf when Mitzy goes into a trance like state briefly, when she emerges, she tell them Alf is behaving this way cos he is afraid. They don’t believe her though. Alf comes into room but Miles is surprised when Alf say he is gaping outside [bag in hand] to thro our some rubbish – surprised as its last at night. PIER DINER NEXT DAY – Charlie tell Angelo that she feels bad having to just leave Ruby in rehab like she did. Charlie is then surprised when Paulie & Angelo tell her that a mate of Pauline’s came through [so Paulie’s money woes are over]. Angelo & Paulie invite Charlie to go top the horse races when them today – she accepts. FARM Indi is rather perplexed bout how oddly Dex is acting of late. Sid tells her at he think he knows why. Sid, Dex *& Indi bails. VAN PARK HOUSE Alf is annoyed ta everyone [Miles, Maz, Irene] is hassling him top “open up”. Sid arrives, and REALLY has a go at Mitzy for what occurred twen her & Dex p[that kiss].. PIER DINER When Nic asks, Charlie tell her she cant do anything bout Peen as they haven’t got any hard evidence against him, Nic then accepts an invite to go to the races with Charlie & co today. VAN PARK HOUSE Maz tries her best to defend Mitzy's actions to Sid, but he ism worried bout Maz. Like, how mush doe she REALLY know bout Mitzy. SUMMER BAY HIGH GROUNDS Dex is walking along when he gets hit by a basketball. Romeo & Indi approaches, and Dex is annoyed he’s even lost his ability to make witty coomst6 lately. When Indi comets Dex still loves Maz, its awkward for Dex. He inturns makes things awkward for Indi – saying to Romeo that Indi loves him. VAN PARK HOUSE Maz insists for Mitzy & Sid to apologise to each other, of she’ll not talk to either of them again. They eventually do apol, to each other, ANGELO'S RESTAURANT Angelo is rally wired bout Pauline’s latest plan – i.e. gambling at the races. Paulie is taken aback, in a god way, when Charlie & esp. Nic [dressed up for races] arrive. YABBIE CREEK RACETRACK After Angelo & Paulie head of to have a bet, Emmanuelle [fashions on the field judge] sees Charlie & Nic. She suggests they should enter. After Emmanuelle has walked away, Charlie isn’t so keen on this – as it’s not the best look for a cop – but Nic reminds Charlie that she’ll be strutting [on catwalk], not stripping. NEAR PIER DINER Indi tries to talk to Romeo bout their ‘ship, but gets nowhere. VAN PARK HOUSE Maz & Mitzy are chatting when Dex arrive. Mitzy is forced to admit at she kissed Dex merely to prove a point [i.e. not cos she actually likes him]. YABBIE CREEK RACETRACK Angelo is still mushly on edge tan Paulie is trying to solve his money woes by gambling. VAN PARK HOUSE Dex confesses to Maz he still loves her, but she makes it clear that it’s not reciprocated. SURF CLUB As Indi chat to Romeo, she eventually tell him that Dex was right – Indi is mushly in love with Romeo. YABBIE CREEK RACETRACK Paulie’s won lotsa money at the track. Angelo is concerned Paulie isn’t quitting whilst he is WAY ahead.
