POLICE STATION / SEAPLANE WHARF BEACH

Colleen phones the police. Avery tell the call – she tells that the there’s a naked man on the beach.

POLICE STATION

When Avery is off phone, he tells Charlie that the naked man is Angelo.

SEAPLANE WHARF BEACH

Charlie is V worried bout Angelo, bout when she tried to put a blanket etc round him, Angelo gets violet. He punches Avery – so Charlie & Avery have to handcuff Angelo [who is drunk btw].

POLICE STATION

Avery locks Angelo in a cell.

PIER DINER

24 HOURS EARLIER – Angelo talk to Sean Cunningham [hies lawyer type dude] who tell him tee police force is after any corrupt officers – esp. after whet happened with Eaves. Sean tells Angelo that he is suspended til the case is over.

POLICE STATION

Charlie tells tee other officers the station is no longer under suspison.Avery answers the phon – the pesron is looking of Charlie, but she isn’t keen to take calls so Avery says she is out. When off phone, he tells her the CO wants to talk to her after her shift is over.

VAN PARK HOUSE / ALF’S CHILDHOOD HOME

Colleen has another casserole for Maz – so she keeps her stealth up etc. Maz politely tell her that a few caseroles in the fridge already.

After Colleen bails, Miles, Alf & Maz talk bout how “down” Romeo is since his mum left.

Alf is surspirsed/annouyed wan he sess a ventriloquist doll on table. Maz calls him Mr Oddly, and after Alf exit the room, he sess a flashback of him as a kid blowing out birthday candles on a cake.

NOAH'S

MIles talk to Angelo. He tell Angelo he totally “gets” tat Angelo is loosing more that hi s job, as Angelo’s job defines him in many ways. Angelo tell Mils that things have finally caught up with him – all that bad tings he’s done have com to haunt him.

VAN PARK HOUSE / ALF’S CHILDHOOD HOME

Marilyn is keen for Alf to help her – by holding Mr Oddly so she can mend his clothes./ Alf has another flashback of bday party. He quickly exits the roo, - insisting to Marilyn that he hasn’t got time for toys.

PIER DINER

Angelo talk to Charlie who tells Angelo deserves a break for a change. Angelo tells her he can’t go through what he did after Jack again – having to proof himself to all again.

Sean arrises, and tells Angelo the DPP are wiling to do a deal with Angelo.

POLICE STATION

Sean &* the DPP prosecutor tell Angelo that it’s best for her to settle out of court. He will have to RESIGN though. If he takes his chances in court, he’ll be sacked from the force anyway,

NOAH'S / ALF’S CHILDHOOD HOME

Miles & Alf are talking – and Alf is Very agreeing when they talk bout never knowing when the past can come bask to haunt you. Indeed, we see another flashbak – this time with see a clown[in a car] nearby to Alf & the others.

Nearby, Angelo makes a phone call to Sean. Angelo resigns,

NOAH'S

Alf is most annoyed when Marilyn brings Mr Oddly with her. Indeed, he suggests she should put him in the bin. When Maz wonders what happeing is, Alf takes a break.

VAN PARK HOUSE / ALF’S CHILDHOOD HOME

Marilyn wonder to alf what has happened, and we sess a legthy-ish flashback. Its Al’s 5th birthday party – all the kids are in fancy dress. Nice touch tat Ray Maeagher plays Alf’s dad. Morag even a youngster is as feisty as ever, having a go at Celia. Both are fancy dressed so appropriately to their natures [see IADL]. The clown arrives. He has a ventriloquist dummy – and 5 yo Alf is way scared. He runs away from the rest of the gathering [with a “strike me roan” and all].

Back to present day and Maz tells Alf at she’ll keep Mr Oddly out of his sight from now on.

PIER DINER

After Angelo talk to colleen for a bit, he goes to bail, but he drops t box with all his police stuff in it. As Miles helps him pike things up, Angelo comets on a bravery award he got and how the police commsioner called him a credit to the force... Angelo declines an offer for miles to drive him home.

SEAPLANE WHARF BEACH

After drinking some more alcohol [he was a bit tipsy in the diner earlier] Angelo removes his police uniform and throws in in the fire. Colleen sess this – and phones police.

POLICE STATION

That means we are back in the total present, with Angelo in the lock up [in scene 4].

In main area of station, Charlie tells Avery she’s been offer a promotion to SGT – in charge of this station and all. She’s not overjoyed though – as she knew Angelo will never work on the force again.
