JosieTash Posted May 13, 2010 Report Posted May 13, 2010 My UNOFFICIAL title for this ep, ” How Do I Know You Are Speaking For ALL Of The Students? “ [ Screened in Australia on Wed 12 May 2010 – Episode # 5073 ] SUMMER BAY HIGH Miles & Gina talk bout his sitsh. Miles is worried that even if the department think he’s now mentally balanced to teach, it won’t make a difference if he has no students. Gina’s phone rings – its’ Marsha, and Gina is surprised to hear “the puppy” [Gina’s word] is there and Gina agrees that it should say at Marsha’s place for the time being. The puppy is, of course, code for Hugo!!! PIER DINER John naturally has a go at John for Rachel calls the shots when it comes to whether they are fighting or not. When john walks away, Tony tell Rach that she doesn’t have to put out with John’s all but daily jibes like Tony does. Rachel suggests tat Tony should develop some witty comebacks of his own [towards john]. VAN PARK HOUSE Romeo, Alf, Marilyn & Miles talk bout the latter’s’ sitch – incl miles commenting at the P&C approached Gina, not other way round. When Marilyn suggests they have a brainstorming type session, it clearly gets R9iomoe thinking bout this seriously, Romeo bails. SUMMER BAY HIGH Romeo wonders if Nic will help him with the Miles sitch. Even though Romeo doesn’t have a plan as yet, Nic agrees to help. Nic & Lima talk bout Miles. Liam doubts that Miles will be dumped FOM the school, but when Liam talk to Gina, she tells him that it’s up to the P&C. NEAR MAIN BEACH Romeo & Nic talk bout their plan to help Miles. After both reject the suggestion of them riding naked on a horse, Nic comments bout how they could get the students to pester their parent’s into9 submission. This DEFINITELY gives Romeo an idea. NOAH'S Tony talks to Alf & Marilyn bout the John situation. Marilyn suggests Tony should do mediation and the like. John of course arrives – and comments bout tiny looking good in a skirt [giving tat it looks like Rach rules the roost so to speak]. PIER DINER Tony talk to Rah about John. Rah sounds like she’s in a playful mood – well, there’s a playfulness to her voice anyway, woven when she tell Tony that he’s sleeping on the couch [because of the fight]. Nic is on her phone at the counter – sound like its part of Romeo’s plan. When off phones, Leah comet bout how mush coffee she & Romeo have had, but Nic tell Leah it’s for something other that exam etc stuffy. Nic talk to Liam. He tells her he’ll help her anyway that he can. She tells him that she rally needs some fatherly advice right now [whish Lima can’t help with]. NEAR SURF CLUB Gina & Rachel talk bout the boxing maths – incl Gina suggesting tat maybe this fight will end John &* Tony's squabble. Gina also admits that she is both warred bout Miles & Hugo. MAIN BEACH NEXT DAY – Romeo exits the suit and talk to Nic. Romeo tells Nic that part fohn the great scenery here, the beach is great for mending a broken hear. They then agree to get back to the takes at hand – saving Miles. VAN PARK HOUSE Marilyn helps Miles [in a suit, with his hair tie up] with his prepositions of the meting with the rep from the P&C committee. Romeo & Nic enters the house, but bails soon after. Alf & the others get the feeling Romeo &* Nic are up to something. NEAR SURF CLUB Rach is pushing Harry in his pram when she encounters Tony. He comet to her tat the couch wasn't that fun last night. He then sees John nearby. Tony calls of the fight – but insists it’s his call [not Rachel’s]. SUMMER BAY HIGH In the corridor, Nic & Romeo tell Miles that everyone is on his side. Miles goes into a cal room, and speaks to both Gina and Sienna – the blood nut rep from the P&C. Siena is worried tat Miles isn’t on medication anymore for what occurred, but miles assures her that he was stressed when Rabbit was around, and now he can deal with everything a lot more. Gina btw mostly speaks in favour in Miles throughout this encounter. Siena is concerned that miles may not be able to garentree that this won’t happen again. Romeo enters the room – and is keen to speak for the students. Sienna is concerned Romeo is biased – so he asks her to see for herself. When Siena, Miles & Gina exits the classroom, the corridor is PACKED with students …. and Romeo says there are many more in the courtyard nearby !!!!! Note – the way tat Romeo & Nic came to Miles’ defence reminds me of Bobby coming to the defence of the Fletcher’s, AND Ric & Cassie’s similar action, when Diesel’s accusation almost destroyed sally, i.e. [from my guide for ep 3978] …....... The tide then turns - when Ric & Cassie jointly give an impassioned speech about how much Sally cares for them, incl. checking on them after they go to bed. Ric & Cassie are both really pleased that the opening of their bedroom door no longer means that they’ll be physically or sexually abused. As they talk you can clearly see that social worker Kate is affected - and the impassioned speech reminded me of when, in the movie length pilot episode, Bobby pleaded with DoCS to NOT to take Tom & Pippa’s foster kids away for them [“I just hope you welfare blokes have sense, and leave them alone”] NEAR SURF CLUB Rachel tell Tony how proud she is off him – for calling of the fight, but then she goes all numpty – telling him they are going shopping for stuff like new cushions for the house. Soon after, Miles thanks Nic & Romeo for all they did. Gina apprises – and tells miles that, although they’ll have to formulise in with the department, miles has his job bask. After Gina walks way, Liam stops his motorbike nearby. Nic tell Miles that Lima is gong to take her to the city for a few days – so she can talk to Roman bout things. Nic & Lima bail. NOAH'S Rachel & Tony enter – slough Tony sound like he’s not keen on going here. John of course is there – and taunts Tony once more. Tony tells him that fought is bask on!!!
