Marilyn's Backstory?

I've been trying to remember how Marilyn first appeared in the show. Was she always meant to have lived in the Bay?

She was someone Lance met in the city early-to-mid 1989, where she moved to Summer Bay to be with him during the year and became Morag's housekeeper.

There was definitely a story where Marilyn tried to find her estranged parents, although I can't remember the details and don't even know which year to start looking at to try and find it in the episode guides!

Yeah, Marilyn met her parents in Episode 803 (December 2012 - SevenTwo), played by Doug Scroop (who later played Beth's dad), and Lynn Rainbow.

She also had an Auntie Jean who was there around the same time, played by Maggie Kirkpatrick - she's the one who told Maz her real parents were still alive - but I'm presuming she was her adoptive aunt with her name also being Chambers.

I think she should come back again....Alf could note the fact that she's the spitting image of Viv and have a fling with her.....
