Alison runs off leaving Kierain in agony

Martin and Lance drive past

Kierain is praying for someone to stop as it’s too far to crawl back to Barbara or crawl to Ailsa

Dag Dog has wandered off Kierain scribbles a sign reading “Follow Me To Dying Boy” Dag Dog however eats the sign

Kierain vomits again

Kierain attempts to crawl back to school but it hurts to much

Kierain loses consciousness as he deteriorates

It could be acute Gastroenteritis or he may even have Meckel’s Diverticular my advice is take him to hospital

Barbara is driving Kierain to hospital unfortunately there’s an accident up ahead

Barbara goes around the accident

Upon getting to the hospital Barbara puts Kierain over her shoulder some idiot intern thinks a kid with a cut hand is more important than someone in acute abdominal pain!

Phil berates the intern

Phil:

Dangerous not Dangerous deal with the boy over there now!

Intern:

Phil:

No NOW moron!

Barbara puts Kierain down the stupid intern diagnoses Appendicitis

Phil:

Are you an idiot?! If you look down again you can see he clearly doesn’t HAVE an Appendix!

I’ll take over! Go do some paperwork!

Intern:

Phil looks at Kierain

Speaking of Tom and Pippa they are at Sally’s school play blissfully unaware Kierain is in grave danger

At the hospital Kierain screams loudly

Barbara Mr Fisher Alison and a man from the Education Dept are in Mr Fisher’s office

Barbara is telling them what happened when Kierain staggered towards her after the fish bone incident

He collapsed in my arms pretty much dead

Man:

What was the cause of his distress?

Barbara:

Gastroenteritis as a result of a fish bone rupturing his intestine

Did he say how the fish bone got from his stomach to the intestine?

Barbara:

Only after he was brought round by hospital staff

Man:

And how did he say it happened?

Barbara:

He said Miss Patterson hit him in the area where his Appendix was
