awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!!!! so cute!!!! Of course saying things like "I'm gonna marry you" or "let's have heaps of babies" when they are grown up. As children obviously they don't fully understand that concept but that's what it makes it so cute. I'm surprise they feel so confortable with each other, saying like "let's get married" instead of "ewww...no she's a girl....she has girl germs" etc. It's nice to see how confident they are about their future together.

I liked it, the zoo was cute. Naming the penigun Aden haha! Oh Drew is in this fic, interesting. Hm, maybe Belle will have a crush on Drew and tell about Aden it. But secretly Aden likes Belle? Who knows

But I am loving this fic, it's very sweet. It's different to a lot of fics out there which makes it more unqiue and enjoyable.

So please update soon!!!!

JUST A WARNING THERE ARE MENTIONS OF ABUSE IN THIS CHAPTER

CHAPTER THREE

“What!” Amanda exclaimed as she looked dumb founded at a note she had just found.

Amanda, what’s wrong?” Lou asked as he came running down the stairs.

“It’s Kate. That woman isn’t going to be Belle’s nanny anymore. She’s just quit, just like that. How can she do that to Belle? Who’s going to look after her now?” Amanda yelled pacing up and down.

“What! You’re joking, that’s outrageous. How can she abandon Belle like that with no warning? It’s going to be so hard to find someone to look after her now and with our busy schedules we can’t afford to take time off and look after Belle”, Lou spoke firmly and seriously.

“I know. I just can’t believe she would do that to us. We have been so good to her and have even let her bring her son over whenever she wants, who mind you is not someone I really want my daughter to be socialising with, especially the standard of family he comes from”, Amanda scoffed.

“Yeah I know", Lou scoffed. "Look I know there’s a lady who works at the diner who also does baby sitting. Her name is Irene and I can talk to her today if you would like me to, dear?” Lou questioned his beautiful wife.

“Yeah I suppose you’d better. We don’t have any other options. I just can’t believe she’d do this to us and hasn’t even given us a reason. What are we going to tell Belle-“

“What are you going to tell Belle what?” Belle asked as she pounced down the stairs.

“Morning big ears”, Amanda smiled cuddling her six year old.

“Morning... what were you talking about before?” Belle persisted.

“Sit down darling”. Amanda ordered as she slowly pulled Belle into her lap.

“Kate has decided that she can’t look after you anymore and her and her family have left town”, Amanda gently spoke.

Belle’s face instantly turned red and she tried desperately to suppress the tears that were edging their way down her face. She slowly and shakily got up. She couldn’t hold back the tears any longer and let out a painful cry.

“Doesn’t she love me anymore?” Belle squealed. “Why did she have to go? Mum you’re lying to me, you’re lying,” Belle hysterically screamed pointing at her mother and running out of the door.

“Belle!” Amanda cried trying to run after her.

“Amanda just let her go, she’ll calm down”, Lou calm fully comforted Amanda.

“Ok, ok” Amanda sniffled.

Belle continued to sprint down the road in her pyjamas. Her feet were angrily pounding against the concrete and tears of pain and hurt were flowing rapidly down her face. She screamed in anger as she contemplated the thought of Kate never looking after her again and never seeing Aden again. She was her happiest when she was in their company.

After minutes of agonising pain Belle finally came to her destination and ran up the front yard of the unoccupied house.

“Kate, kate, KATE!” she yelled continuously banging on their front door, as she made her knuckles bleed due to the force.

“KATE!!!” she cried but still couldn’t get an answer.

“Hello?” came a voice out the front of the nature stip.

Belle defensively turned around to see a gentle, adult, women with short, wavy, red hair approaching her.

“Hello dear, are you ok”, she softly spoke, gently patting the young child on the shoulder. “My names Irene, what’s your name?”

“Belle”, the young girl sniffled.

“Hello Belle. You’re the little girl Kate looks after aren’t you?’

“Yes”, Belle sulked. “But not anymore because now she’s gone. She just left me. Did I do something wrong?”

“No of course not dear”, Irene comforted her. “I’m sure it has nothing to do with you. Whatever it is I’m sure Kate had no choice but to leave you and I think it would have been the hardest decision she has ever made”.

“You think so”, Belle spoke softly, slowly looking up at the tender lady.

“I don’t think so, I know so”, Irene smiled giving Belle a hug.

“Thankyou”, Belle gently cried hugging Irene back.

“So girlie, how bout we get you back to your parents I’m sure they are worried about you”, Irene suggested.

“Mum may be a little worried but I’m sure Lou wouldn’t care. That’s why they have to get someone to look after me because they can’t do it themselves”, Belle explained with a tear in her eye. “They always go out socialising and if I interrupt them in any way, Lou or Mum will yell at me because they say it will ruin their reputation”, Belle continued.

Irene starred lovingly at the little girl, feeling so sorry for the life that she had to live.

“Irene?”

“Yes girlie?”

“Do you think you could be my new Kate?” Belle asked with a smile.

“I would love to be your new Kate but we have to ask your parents first and if they say yes, well then you and me will be a team girlie.” Irene smiled giving the little girl a hi-5, as they walked hand and hand into the distance.

One day earlier

“Larry, I’m home”, Kate sweetly announced as her and Aden entered her front door.

“Hello Kate, long time no see. Did you miss me?” came an older male’s voice.

Kate’s face automatically built up with hurt and pain. Dangerous emotions were filling up all over her body as all the hate came plummeting back.

“What are you doing here?” she hissed as she shield Aden away from the man.

“Oh come on Kate don’t be like that. I know you’ve missed me”, the older man laughed.

“How did you find us?” she asked quietly, becoming more and more afraid.

“I have connections. You can run all you want from me Kate but I am always going to find you and your gorgeous little boys”, he beamed with power.

“Don’t you dare talk about my children like that and if you lay any finger on any of my boys again you wish you would never have been born”, she threatened.

“Oh I’m scared”, he mocked, before transferring his eyes onto Aden’s. “Well, well, well what do we have here?” the older man asked intrigued.

Kate instantly felt sick and grabbed the older man. “GET OUT!!!” she screamed. “GET OUT!!” The man calmly and happily skipped out the door, warning Kate that he will be back. Kate instantly fell to the ground with tears streaming out of her eyes. She held out her arms for her shaking younger son and smothered him with love and safety.

Three hours later, Larry cam home to see the house all packed up and suitcases out the front door.

“Kate, Kate”, he yelled. “What’s going on?”

Kate rushed to him getting the final stuff ready. “We’re leaving summer bay”, she announced panicked.

“What! Are you mad? Right now, just like that”, he screamed confused.

“Larry, you’re fathers back”, she gently told him.

Larry suddenly collapsed to the ground like a lonely little boy. Tears built up in his eyes. For the first time in seven years he felt like the useless little boy who couldn’t do anything to protect his family.

“We have to go now, Larry before he comes back to follow us. I won’t let him abuse Aden, like he abused you and an older two sons. I just won’t let it happen”, she cried as she fell into Larry’s arms.

“I know, I know, let’s go”, he calmly told her.

The three Jefferies miserably climbed in to their fully packed car. Larry slowly backed out of the driveway as the family unhappily waved goodbye to Summer Bay forever.

oh my god, this just keeps getting better and better, seriously. Just brilliant, very inventive storylines you've created! I can't believe Aden's grandfather is back!!! I'm so glad that Aden's mother decide to make a run for it, smart move. Poor Larry, must be hard for him too.

Poor Belle, I guess she is feeling rejected :( Irene was sweet though  I hope Aden doesn't stay away for too long. Does this mean something has happened to Aden at six years old? Did Belle know about it? I feel sorry for quite a few characters lol. But not the grandfather.

I was loving the light-hearted moments and fluff, I hope you stay in that direction and make it nice and fluffy. That's what I love about this fic. But the storyline you have created with Aden's grandfather coming back was genius, so that's good.

Please update soon. I was thrilled seeing another update so soon, yippee. Loving the fic! (did you see my reccomendation, in the reccomendation thread :D hehe)

OMG I just caught up. Didn't realise there was 2 extra chapters so sad what is happening. I loved chapter 2 the zoo chapter 2 cute, and how they said they wanted to marry eachother even cuter. Can't wait for more. Love this you right it so well.

I have a question is Lou Belles stepdad? Irene was lovely too.

Wow, that was brilliant. Your writing is fantastic. :)

The ending seemed so realistic. Sad they have to leave because of him but this shows how caring Kate is over her children, looking out for them. Getting out of there as soon as possible.

The conversation between Amanda and Lou was great...It just seems like they don't care about Belle, Lou more so than Amanda. "we can’t afford to take time off and look after Belle". He just seems to have no interest in Belle at all. This is also showed in another chapter where he shouted at her to get up out of bed. And we also see Amanda looking down on Kate and her family how she says she just lets Kate bring Aden around.

I really like this, it's a different start to anything else. Please continue soon (:

Wow, this is an amazing story, and I can't believe I've only just read it.

The relationship between Belle and Aden seems really innocent, and sweet and I love reading about it.

Amanda and Lou don't deserve to have a child if they treat her like that. God, Lou seems like such a jerk.

And Kate seems like such a lovely woman... the twists you have in this story are amazing. Can't believe the Jefferies have left Summer Bay :(

Can't wait for the next update :D
