January Posted June 10, 2009 Report Share Posted June 10, 2009 But isn't that sort of a decision to be made of the merits of the people you work with rather than just a blanket judgement over a complete group of people. There are some things that I would share with the boys in the warehouse that I wouldn't with the ladies on the till. You can show or say what you like I guess but as soon as someone makes a complaint to management then they are forced to act or they may be themselves be reported/prosecuted for allowing it to occur. Its up to the individual of course but at work I like to keep it pretty much on the professional. There are lots of cases when down the track workers have a falling out and it all comes out. Posted June 10, 2009 Report Share Posted June 10, 2009 And I say again - it says he showed it to his cast & crew members; if a girl made the tape with him, who's to say she didn't know? - she's just as much to blame for filming it. and by filming it on HIS phone, she had to know it was in his hands and yes what he did was wrong but i'm getting tired of seeing him get all the blame, and the whole 'he's disgusting'. urgh. and that whole 'he needs counseling' thing is totally OTT sheesh. so many people reading / writing / commenting about this incident are acting like they themselves have never made a big mistake. -grumbles- I think thats really horrible. The girl did not go and show off with the tape and show it around at work did she? no, it was Lincoln and I doubt very much she would have allowed him to do it (not many girls would unless shes like a porn star or something lol). Yes maybe she made a silly mistake by letting him tape them having sex. But seriously that is not a crime, alot of couples do it for their own enjoyment to be kept between themselfs. Lincoln is not getting councelling for making a sex tape, he is getting councelling for showing the tape around at his work. If that happend in most workplaces he would have gotten fired, that sort of thing is not acceptable in the Australian workplace.
