Claudia demands Geoff to SHOW her that he loves her by doing things for her (having sex...being there for her at home 24/7), can't she see Geoff cares about her by his "body language" and things that aren't said. Red Ranger 1 Posted June 27, 2009 Report Share Posted June 27, 2009 I don't really get the Claudia hating.It actually strikes me a bit as double standards, if Belle acts needy around Aden then everyone defends her because of what she's been through, if Nicole carries on like a spoilt princess and throws herself at Trey then it's understandable given her circumstances, but if Claudia acts insecure then everyone starts shouting about her being annoying.She's lost pretty much everything, her family have thrown her out, she's having a baby at a young age, Geoff's all she's got.It's understandable that she'd want him to be there for here.It's not all one-sided, we've seen her supporting him:She encouraged him in the bar when Irene was in prison(I really wish we'd seen them at the farm together just after she was arrested instead of the scenes being cut)and I liked her behaviour after Irene had hit Annie, putting her arms round him and gently kissing him.I really like the character and her relationship with Geoff and I wish people would give her a break. There are some episodes where I just want to...... turn the tv off But other times, she can be interesting. And the fact that she is not perfect makes her more real, like her feelings toward Geoff and Lachie... But how can she be 100% sure the baby is Geoff's...?
