I cant wait for Kirsty and Kane to leave the show! i really liked them when they were originally in the show and loved them when they got together (even though he'd assaulted her sister!) i kinda saw past all the hurt they'd caused by getting together. But now, the writer's have just ruined them, all Kirsty seems to do is whine and think of herself. Why they put her with Miles is beyond me!!

So yeah, the sooner they leave the better in my opinion!

Aww no I love them both!! Kirsty doesnt necessarily think of herself all the time ,she thinks about her little son and her husband all the time actually.

She is allowed to whine all the time because she has a lot to whine about in fairness to her. It IS hard being a single mother whose husband is in prison and trying to afford Kane's appeal at the same time!!

I actually like Miles and Kirsty together they work very well just not as much as Kirsty and Kane do though :)

Oh yeah, i totally get that it's been hard for her and her circumstances have been awful, i really felt fer her. Especially when she had to do the escorting stuff.

But for me, it just feels like they've kinda ruined the character. I was watching some old eps of H&A last week and she was in them and it made me remember why i liked her, i just think the whole storyline of her, Ollie and Kane coming back could of been done better!

Hopefully when they do leave (i think she's only a temp character?) she'll leave with Kane, cos thats how it should be! i cant watch her with anyone else lol it just feels wrong :D

I've never been their biggest fan but when they originally were on the show, they grew on me towards the end.

At first, I really couldn't understand how Kirsty could be with her sister's rapist. But towards the end, you could just see Kirsty and Kane loved each other so much. When they left the show, I was happy they were together. Okay, they were on the run but at least, they had each other.

The writers ruined them when they brought them back though. I found it strange that Kirsty could move on so easily and get with Miles. Kane was supposed to be her soulmate. In the end, she went back to him because Miles told her it was better that way.

Now I've just read an article from TV Week and it seems like the writers are going to ruin it even more. Kane and Kirsty are going to fight custody and poor little Ollie is going to be caught in the middle.

Kane and Kirsty shouldn't have come back. At least, they would still be happy and together.

I never thought I'd say this, but if that's true I don't think I'll be able to watch. It's an awful idea on so many levels. As if they haven't upset KK fans enough already, what's the point in making it worse? It's not even a realistic storyline -

Kane wouldn't stand a chance in hell of getting custody, and any lawyer in their right mind would tell him so

I agree with Barbara. I remember being so excited when I found out they were returning. I was aware that Kirtsy was staying longer than Kane and I knew that meant something for the relationship, but never to the extent it did damage it in the end. I lost a lot of respect for the writers at that point because I couldn't understand how they could write such a gripping tale of them that made them so popular in the first place and then completely do a backflip. Not that I fault Kirsty alone for them being apart, but I fail to understand why she allowed herself to end the relationship and get with Miles in the first place. Yes, he's a nice guy and he's safe, but since when has she ever cared about that? If she cared so much about having a stable future, then she wouldn't have left in the first place, regardless of whether she knew the extent of the struggle or not.

And dragging Miles into it to pair him with Kirsty did nothing for me other than make me dislike Miles, which was another disappointment all on its own, given that I do like Miles generally.

KK were a popular couple, with an incredibly large fanbase. The majority of people that expressed their views to others seemed to be for the relationship, so why did they feel the need to split them up? Needless to say, I was a very unhappy bunny. <_<

I completely agree, Amy. Why can't they just let them have their fairy tale ending?

I was so excited when I heard they would be back. I thought that *finally* they would clear Kane's name, and then he can go off with Kirsty and the cutest kid ever (^_^) and live happily ever after. They have stuck together for so long, why do they decide to ruin it now? Why?!

It seems like it is different this time around. Sure, KK had their arguements/fights before, but now it seems like that is all they do. *sigh* I wish they would just leave them alone.
