Slade Posted November 24, 2008 Report Posted November 24, 2008 Yeah, I think Timmy can be quite annoying at times however I wouldn’t say that I particularly dislike him. It’s just that laugh and at times he’s like a little kid. There are three people in there at the moment that I really dislike – Brian, Dani and Nicola. Brian comes across as quite up himself and I personally feel he’s one of those people who thinks the sun shines out of his backside. Dani went on about Nicola playing the game before but we can she that she’s clearly playing the game and after last night’s display with her fake crocodile tears, she was obviously trying to play up to the cameras and going for the sympathy vote. Well that just won’t cut with me. Nicola…arghh. In all honesty I find her to be quite an unpleasant person. But she’s smart because she isn’t directly an unpleasant person (yet) but she does it in other ways such as looks she gives her body language, mannerisms etc. And she makes remarks here and there. I can tell she’s almost at full threshold. I’m just waiting for her to explode. I really like Jo at the moment. He’s real and true to himself. And he does seem to be genuinely like a nice person.
speedwayfanatic Posted November 24, 2008 Report Posted November 24, 2008 Looks like it will be another argumentive show tonight. Here they go again
freakybuffy Posted November 24, 2008 Report Posted November 24, 2008 Am I the only person who really dislikes David. I thought when he was talking to himself saying about how she only got 3 stars and he got five was totally un-called for. She tried her best, it was of been nice she him to say well done to her.
Lesley Bee Posted November 25, 2008 Report Posted November 25, 2008 This thing between David and Nicola is so getting on my nerves, they are both as bad as each other
-Kevin- Posted November 25, 2008 Report Posted November 25, 2008 Am I the only person who really dislikes David. I thought when he was talking to himself saying about how she only got 3 stars and he got five was totally un-called for. She tried her best, it was of been nice she him to say well done to her. I think Davids been treated unfairly actually. The only reason why David was going on about having won 5 stars is the fact that Nicola wasnt happy that he ONLY won 5 stars in his trial. I am so happy that Joe stood up for him when everyone was crowded around him just picking on him.Simon was really gunning for him. Then Joe stood up against everybody and said who the hell do they think they are. Then Esther backed him up.I quite like Esther as well. Then Dani who was acting like a spoilt brat, just because people asked if people could take turns at cooking. She then says at dinner time "im not hungry guys ill give dinner a miss".Yeah right how much more spoilt can you get. I think this is the best series yet with all the fighting, which makes for interesting television.
freakybuffy Posted November 25, 2008 Report Posted November 25, 2008 I think David has brought about 75% of it on himself, with his whole attitude about people not giving up there luxury items or stars for food. It’s part of the game, he knew that before agreeing to go on the show, if he’s not prepared to play, why go on. The away team spend how many days sleeping on the floor and nothing to protect him from the rain. David spent one night in a bed with something to protect him. If I was the away team, I wouldn’t have given up my luxury item. I’m not sure who said it, but Timmy and David before arriving at the jungle would of eaten at the hotel and most the camp were starving, so what’s the was the big deal about them not giving up stars. OK I do think it was slightly out of order as they still would have been enough to go around, but them again why should Timmy and David have a full meal each with the group they won it would of had to share it out. As far as I saw as I missed the some of the beginning was it started of as just a conversation between David and Simon that totally became out if hand, everyone else should have kept out of it. Simon was only putting his point across. I will admit Simon shouldn't of said that everyone feels the same way. I do feel to some extent Simon was right, they may not get along with people, which is far enough, but you should be encouraging them to do there best, not bring them down. If he didn’t want say anything positive them don’t say anything at all. I never saw Nicole say anything about him only getting 5 stars about from the bit when she was in the dairy room saying if he tried his best, then far enough. I agree with the Danni comment, god you’d think she’d be happy some else wanting to cook. I think they best one was the one when Phil Tufnell won. Anyway there are my opinions.
Slade Posted November 25, 2008 Report Posted November 25, 2008 Don’t get me wrong I don’t like Nicola but I actually felt she came across a lot better in last night’s episode. I don’t think Timmy or David should have made those remarks when she was going to do the trial. The more stars she got, the more food there would have been for everyone and their attitude only served to make her less enthusiastic. I thought she handled herself pretty well when she told them that they didn’t see her acting like that when they were about to do the trial. Dani really annoyed me last night. A typical five year old - I’m going to storm of in a strop just because I can’t have things my own way - type tantrum. I mean how old is she and she’s acting like a little kid? Get over yourself! Timmy is really starting to get on my nerves. I don’t think I could spend one day, let alone two weeks with him. That laugh is really irritating and I could see during the challenge that Nicola was really biting her tongue. I wonder how much longer she can manage without saying anything directly to him.
Mrs Bishop Posted November 25, 2008 Report Posted November 25, 2008 Oh I wish they could have a double eviction then we could get this davy day and Timmy Mallett out in one fell swoop, mind you was reading in todays paper that Timmy Malletts wife says he gets on her nerves as well.
-Kevin- Posted November 27, 2008 Report Posted November 27, 2008 Wow Kilroy being the first one out. I REALLY didnt see that one coming. I thought it would be Davy out first or maybe even Nicola. I just wish it was a vote to kick out then it would be good. Not this vote to save rubbish then we would get the people we dislike out first.(Yes Nicola im referring to you ) I thought Robert Kilroy had a pretty good chance of winning it to be honest !!But when his name was red out I was like
Lesley Bee Posted November 27, 2008 Report Posted November 27, 2008 I thought it would be David or Nicola as well, Kilroy doesn't actually bother me that much any more.
