I dont agree that he is the dullest ever but I do agree that Sam Holden has been one of the most interesting characters that we have seen on H&A in a long time. Symphony Posted January 18, 2009 Report Share Posted January 18, 2009 To me, I think Jack is a great character because he's always there, in the scenes, in the background - on call, on hand, whatever. He's just always there. I just wish there had been more chemistry between him and Martha in the most recent times shown of them [be it in UK or Australia] - at first, after Ashton was on the scene, there was fabulous chemistry between them, but then it sort of disappeared and there was no on screen atmosphere at all which I missed.
