Problem with lost password recovery!

Hi I forgot the password for my account (Ida_girl) and I have tried to recover the password multiple times.. The problem is that I never get the email with the new password. Is there anything you can do to fix this?

Try checking your spam or junk folders as our emails may be ending up in there, and report back to us.

Did you sign up using the same e-mail address you are using now?

No, I made this account even before I registered as Ida_girl. I used my old email for this one, and my new for Ida_girl. I checked both emails, and there was no email

I've tried to guess the password too, as I use the same passwords multiple times. But none of them works!

Are you sure you haven't checked your junk mail? Cos if you usually can't find it in the Inbox, it's usually in the junk mail. Well if not, then I'm not too sure.

This is really weird, but this time it worked! I did exactly the same as all the other times I'm glad it works now
