John Noble, who played Dr Helpman in HAA (the one who harrassed Rachel) is now staring in a new show in the US, Fringe, playing the father of Josh Jacksons character.

lol, me too.

I attempted to watch part of Fringe tonight. It was the second half, so all I got out of it was, "Hey, that's the guy who's heart Geoff ripped out in Voodoo Lagoon!" and "Oooh, Pacey!" and "Hm, that chick kind of reminds me of a blond version of Charlie. Weird."

So, as you can see, it was a very shallow, meaningless experience for me. I blame Channel Nine for running it against Spicks & Specks and So You Think You Can Dance. What possible chance did I have of remembering it was on, or caring enough to abandon Spicks & Specks??

It all looks a bit too futuristic sci-fi for my tastes anyway. Oh well. Another swing and a miss for Nine for me.

i thought it was quite a good misleading title. The character he plays in fringe has been institutialanlised (sp?)

Funny, I didn't know John Noble was in this; I was planning on watching it anyway.

I knew the guy looked familiar. I knew he was an aussie, but i didnt realise he was on H&A. And then when i was watching the episode, I kept trying to think where he was from, and as meant to check when i finished watching, but forgot. But hey, good on Noble, moving from Aussie drama to American drama And he gets to play JJ's daddy

John Noble will always be Denethor (from Lord Of The Rings) to me. But I must remember to check Fringe out!
