I just don't understand how parents can neglect their own child like that. The poor kids were just locked up in the room left on their own and were probably too weak to even walk/crawl. But are they ok? Maybe they were able to feed themselves but did the parents take care of them properly? And how old were they? They could have told someone they hadn't seen the twins or something.
