Producers had their feelers out for a replacement on the travel show after Kelly Landry jumped ship to co-host Wheel of Fortune on rival Nine Network. While James's travel role is touted as temporary, it could become more permanent if she performs as expected. Perhaps she can get some pointers on ditching her alter ego, party girl Nicole Franklin (her character on the soap), from fellow Melburnian and Home and Away castmate Esther Anderson, a former Postcards presenter.
