Off the top of my head: Carly (didn't finish), Fin, Hayley, Drew (didn't finish), Matilda (offered a uni place without finishing), Aden, Nicole, Romeo (didn't finish), April, Casey (didn't finish either time), Matt, VJ (didn't finish the first time) and Hunter.
