" .... as in like pardon, i didn't hear you.... thanks In Afrikaans we say "Ekskuus?" I think it would be along those lines in Dutch as well... Eli Posted October 19, 2007 Report Share Posted October 19, 2007 They are. If you're from one of the three countries you won't have a problem understanding people from the other countries. Well, some might, I think Danish is really hard to understand when it's spoken. Written both languages are very easy to read and understand, and I understand pretty much everything in Swedish. I can't learn too many new languages at the same time, my concentration level isn't healthy enough... But one day, I want to ski the Swiss Alps...
