kitty_baby777 Posted July 29, 2007 Report Posted July 29, 2007 I was wondering if there is anyone else here who is bugged by Peter Baker. Yes he is good looking but I lost a lot of respect for him when he got back with Amanda. He then started neglecting his son whereas before he'd been willing to lay down his life for him plus all he seemed to do was spend his time playing tonsil tennis with Amanda. Now he is about to abandon his son yet again for Amanda. IMO he is being so selfish!

Too bad no one warned us about the frontal lobotomy he had undergone during his absence. I mean what other explanation could there be for him taking up with Amanda!

When he left the first time i was quite pleased as i found him dull and a waste of space, so i didn't understand all the fuss to bring him back. I also hate Peter/Amanda as a couple as it seems to have ruined her character and just seemed like another OTT storyline that has made my enjoyment of the show drop. Peter to me has always seemed hypocritical and arrogant but also just bland.

kitty_baby777 Posted August 14, 2007 Report Posted August 14, 2007 While I realise he left the Bay with Drew's blessing IMO he could have at least hung around for his son's 18th birthday which was only a few days afterwards. I mean that was a milestone in his son's life so I still think he was selfish not to wait for that.
