WE'VE already lost Tom Williams' ex Kym Johnson to the US, now it looks like Dancing With the Stars favourite Natalie Lowe is looking at hotfooting it overseas.

The leggy blonde confirmed yesterday she was in talks with producers to star in the UK version of the series.

"It may be this year, it may be next," she told Confidential. "It's not definite."

The 26-year-old ballroom champion, who has been paired with Ian Roberts, Tim Campbell and Anthony Koutoufides has used the show to raise her profile – and awareness for breast cancer.

She has also just been named the face – or legs – of Schick Intuition Plus razors.

But with the next series of DWTS now in pre-production, speculation is rife over who will vie for her mirror ball crown. One-time Wheel of Fortune letter-turner Kerrie Friend is apparently keen, while Home and Away glamour Jodi Gordon – currently tangoing with Seven chief Ryan Stokes off-screen – could also be a contender.

Lisa Oldfield will have more time on her hands now The Stuff Up has been axed as will retiring radio legend John Laws – a dancefloor dark horse at age 71. Party girl Tottie Goldsmith has been considered, while retired swim star Michael Klim could use the studio to his home town advantage.

Given Channel 7's history of using the show to cross-promote, Sunrise sports presenter Mark Beretta, Weekend Sunrise co-host Samantha Armytage and Better Homes and Gardens handy man Rob Palmer have also been mooted.
