As most of you know we've recently been making plans to make some changes to the artwork forum. I'm sure most of you, who post in here are aware that this forum is probably actually messier than the artwork forum so we figured while doing that forum we may aswell tidy this forum too.

From now on threads will only be by character, pairing, group or episode. We will be merging all existing threads together so that each character, group etc has a thread of their own.

On a trial basis we will be making these threads for uploading screencaps only so NO REPLIES.

There is a pinned request thread and a pinned thread for thanks and comments.

Hopefully its clear how the new system will wor but if you have any questions please post them in here.

We would appreciate everyones co-operation with this.

RULES FOR THREADS

Please search before opening a new thread. The list in the following post should help.

Before opening a thread consider the type of character/ characters you're asking for. Are they likely to be a popular thread? If not maybe just put them in the Guest Character, Past Character or Random Couples Threads.

If you're really not sure where to put it you can put it in random caps thread or ask in here where it should be posted.

I just noticed the new changes after browsing the Dani/Tammin Sursock thread. I have a few questions, if that's alright.

Would Max caps go in the kids section, the Sutherland era section, or past characters section?

There was a Nick/Jade pairing thread before the changes. Was the reason for the merging because it wasn't used enough to have an individual thread or did it just fit better in another section?

Would it be alright if I made a thread called "Fashion faults", for the weird/hillarious clothing some of the characters have worn onscreen?

Personally I'd put them in The Sutherland era thread but there's no reason why you couldn't start a Max thread if you wanted to.

It just seemed easier to have all different pairings from that era in the one thread, plus when you took the comments out there wasn't lots of posts there. Like with the current teens, there was so many variations in pairings and aside from Ric and Matilda, none of them really had enough posts to warrant their own thread. If you want to Nick/Jade thread back though I will recreate it for you.

I have no problem whatsoever with that.

With regards to starting new threads or where to put certain characters just use your own judgement and put them where you think they should go and then post in here saying where you've put them so other people know too and a moderator can edit the index post for you. Its more multiple threads we're trying to cut back on and loads of threads that might get one posting and will never be resurrected. If you're going to post lots of Max caps, feel free tro start your own thread for him. (I'm talking in general here, not just at you Aquamarine, I just used you as an example seen as you asked )

The intention is to tidy this forum up, not to nazi patrol over it. As long as you use reasonable judgement I'd be happy to accept whatever you guys think best, afterall I hardly come in here but you guys do.
