Chapter 6

Martha got out of the car when she saw Evan. She ran up to him.

“Where are my children?” Martha said.

“What are you talking about?” Evan asked.

“You know exactly what I’m talking about! What have you done with Ashley and Alison?” Martha said.

“Did you see the note?” Evan said.

“Yes and there’s no way, I’m ever sleeping with you ever again!” Martha said.

“Fine then, the poor kids,” said Evan.

“I swear to god, if you do anything to hurt them Evan…” Martha started.

“What? You’re going to tell your precious husband?” Evan interrupted.

“I’m not asking for a fight. I just want my kids back,” Martha said, calmly.

“Sorry. The only way you can get them back is by doing the deal,” Evan said.

Martha went into Jack’s hospital room and saw Lucas in there.

“Martha, what’s going on,” Jack said, scared. Martha and Lucas looked at each-other and then down at their feet.

“Have you two… done something… together?” Jack said.

“Ew! Gross,” Lucas said.

“Jack, I would never do that!” Martha cried.

“Well then, tell me what’s going on!” Jack protested.

“Well… Ashley and…” Martha began.

“I’m going to go, I’ll leave this to you too,” said Lucas, hurrying out.

“What was he on about?” Jack asked.

“Jack, Ashley and Alison have gone missing,” said Martha.

“Why didn’t you tell me this sooner?!” Jack said.

“Because I didn’t want to worry you,” Martha said. “And they’ve actually been… well sort of kidnapped.”

“By who?” Jack said.

“My ex-boyfriend,” Martha said quietly.

“Why?” Jack asked and then Martha told him the story.

“You were pregnant with another man and you never told me?!” Jack cried.

“I… I,” Martha stuttered.

“I can’t believe this!” Jack said. “I thought we promised to never hide anything from eachother ever again."

"But..." Martha said.

"No buts. Get teh hell out of my life. Just get lost and don't come back," Jack shouted. Martha ran out crying.

“I want my mummy and daddy!” Ashley said. She wiped her tears while Alison kept on crying and kicking her legs.

“Just shut up you two stupid kids,” Evan said. “You’re wrecking my head,”

“Home!” Alison said. Evan raised his hand and Alison screamed. Ashley kicked him from behind.

“You’re going to wish you never did that,” Evan said. He locked the door of the shed. It was in the middle of no-where and no-one could see what was happening.
