The Neighbours Facebook pages has rumors of many former cast returning! One has Callum!

So until its confirmed I suggest to fans not to get their hopes up as I told a Libby fan!

I have mixed feeling I had hope Elle would come back as its hard to make it in the states now even more.

Watched the hour special episode last night and here are my thoughts:

-Disappointed Paige cheated on Mark with Jack.  Quite like them together, not particularly keen on Jack and don't find him to be an interesting character.  Also what is this going to do to Steph?

-I am glad that presumably Andrea (fake Dee) looks like she could be returning and hopefully we will get to see Willow again (I was extremely disappointed when they brought her back a second time and it looked like she was going to be made permanent then all of a sudden it felt like they changed the storyline and wrote her out).  Also given that Dee was in the season finale we need a resolution to the storyline.

-So this is where Jason Grimshaw has ended up after leaving Weatherfield.  Will be interested to find out why he presumably hates Paul so much

-Whilst I in some respects admire Tyler/Piper's determination to stick together I thought their plan to escape was unbelievable stupid.  Piper especially given that she seems reasonably intelligent.  And don't get me started on Tyler jumping across to roof of the building and Piper following him shortly afterwards.

-Can't say I was that fussed about most of the past characters returning although I do like that Toadie's mum and Sheila don't get on and I quite liked the party theme.

-Absolutely over the moon that Izzy's back.  She's one of my all time favourite characters.  I loved that she's immediately causing trouble for Susan.  Even her presence winds Susan up.  Really looking forward to seeing where this goes and hopefully she will cause even more trouble for her.

Finally, whilst not related to the actual episode, I'm sick to my back teeth with Shane's family.  Whilst I quite like Shane himself and am fairly ambivalent to Kirsha.  I can't stand the other three.  Absolutely nothing good about them whatsoever and very uninteresting characters.  Dipi is particularly unlikeable.

So Tyler's gone I'm assuming Travis Burns didn't want to stay on and decided to leave  I noticed only Mark and Aaron in the opening credits last night (Wednesday). my theory is Piper will find out Tyler got an early realise  and maybe she will leave Erinsborugh but who knows how long Mavournee Hazel  will stay on the show. more then likely the case  is most actors renew their contract after 3-4 years well usually. I'm enjoying Izzy being back Nat does a fabulous job playing the villain.

Chloe Brennan is coming in.

Seems the focus on the Braxtons in H&A a few years ago is being mirrored with the focus on the Brennan's in Neighbours. One thing though, the Brennan's are not criminals.

Braxtons are far more interesting and likable. Better actors and more exciting too.

Various storylines that I'm finding fairly interesting at the moment.

Re Chloe's illness (Huntington's) - I liked the way Karl supported her initially and tried to help her, respecting patient confidentiality whilst trying to convince her to tell her family.  It will be interesting to see how this continues to affect her and how long she will keep quiet for.

I loved how Terese thought she had beaten Paul by forcing him out of the hotel when she teamed up with Pierce (thanks to his 'relationship' with Chloe) but he outsmarted her and won..again.  I can actually understand why he wouldn't be happy with Amy going out with Gary but there's really nothing he can do about it.  The same goes for Terese and Leo although we know that one isn't going to last.

Whilst I wouldn't say the storyline with Alice has been going on for that long, it's starting to feel like it's dragging on a bit.  I think that's because of how intense the character is.  She seems more deranged than Andrea.  And it seems quite evil trying to get Sonya back into alcoholism just to break her and Toadie up to leave a clear path for her daughter.  I will say though, admittedly when she first moved in with them, I thought she was hilarious.  Giving Sonya a bottle of wine as a gift (knowing full well she's an alcoholic).  Then when she was playing with Hugo and said he had Toadie's ears, insisted he had Sonya's eyes, Sonya had to tell Alice he wasn't hers, there was an awkward silence with her and Toadie, Alice asked if he was adopted and he had to reveal the infidelity.?  Also when she was going on to Sonya about how Toadie and Andrea had such a strong connection to produce such a beautiful baby knowing how it would make Sonya feel.

One of the most interesting things is the stuff with Finn.  He's moved on from manipulating, toying with people and running Xanthe over to full scale mass murder.  To think he was actually planning on poisoning hundreds of people with cyanide.  Whilst Susan pushing him over the cliff was accidental, I wouldn't have blamed her if it was deliberate (although she didn't know about the poisoning at the time).  And I wouldn't have blamed her if she tried to smother him with the pillow at the hospital.  In saying that though this has been extremely satisfying for me to see Susan in her current predicament.  Throughout her time on the show she's often taken the self-righteous moral highground and looked down on certain people so it's great to see her in this position.  And whilst I do hope she gets off regarding Finn (if only because she didn't try and murder him), I wouldn't mind seeing her suffer for a little while.

I have found the scenes with Susan, Elly, Bea and Xanthe quite amusing since this happened.  The way they were panicking trying to keep it together.  I think Elly has been the most selfish one out of the lot.  She wanted to keep everybody quiet because she didn't want Mark finding out about what happened and the fact that she lied to him (although I think he was very harsh with her for keeping quiet about Chloe's pimp escort service).  She was also worried about getting into trouble because she didn't think the cops would believe their story.  She seemed more worried about herself than how it affected Bea and Susan.  Whilst Susan really should have known better to be fair to her, she only kept quiet because of Elly.  Bea was obviously clearly affected the most and wanted to come clean like Susan.  And Xanthe seemed quite pleased.  Although I don't blame her given what Finn did to her.  It's funny because when Sheila was laying into Susan about what happened, she seemed to think if affected her exams whereas I'm the opposite.  I think it helped Xanthe knowing he was in that state.  I dislike Sheila so much that I actually ended up feeling sorry for Susan when she had a go at her and you could see even Gary didn't blame her.  I would imagine he's probably quite pleased given what happened to his daughter.  I do wonder what the point of Sheila is (Norris from Corrie, Colleen from H & A).  Does anybody like her?
