Megina Posted January 5, 2007 Report Share Posted January 5, 2007 Thanks so much guys I did a couple of things First I made a new layer over the picture and put it to overlay. I then coloured over Cassie in the colours that I wanted. I then merged the layers. Finally I duplicated the layer, put it to overlay and used the filter "gaussian blur".
