I can't believe it either --------------------- Cassie stood at the end of the pier, looking into the deep water below her. Sometimes she just wanted to jump in, and to just let herself float down to the bottom, just to get away from the pain. She knew that she couldn't do that to Sally, but she couldn't deny how she felt. A "friend" of hers, Drake, had called her to say that there was a massive party happening, and that she should go. Cassie knew that Sal would never say yes, but she had figured out a way that Sally wouldn't know that she was gone. Cassie sat down, looking out across the ocean. Oh Flynn. Why did you have to go? We still need you. Cassie could practically hear Flynn's voice again, telling her that she'd be fine. But Cassie knew that she wouldn't be. She would go to the party, and forget the pain. Forget her broken heart. Cassie was sure that Drake knew something that would take her pain away. She knew that he could give her something to make her forget. Right then, Cassie didn't care about the consequences. She just needed to forget. ---------------------- What will Cassie do? Will she be alright?
