Well, first of all, you can download them here... http://community.livejournal.com/100x100_brushes/ Then, go into Photoshop -> select the brush tool -> click on the dropdown menu to display the brushes -> (There should be a little circle with an arrow in it) Click that -> Then click "Load Brushes".
