Out In The Rain Lucas pulls away after a few more seconds and rushes off into his bedroom, leaving Belle feeling rather embarrassed. He collapsed onto his bed with tears in his eyes feeling really guilty as he could hear Cassie and Matilda laughing and joking in the room next to his. --- A few hours later he heard someone knock on his door, it was Ric who just walked in without Lucas having to get up off his bed. “Are you okay?” Ric asks after realising that Lucas was being really quiet. “You been crying?” Lucas just turns away and faces the wall so Ric gets the message and leaves him alone. --- After a few hours Matilda’s room began to get really quiet so Lucas got up to go and see if they were okay. He heard them talking though so just stood there until they had finished, he heard Cassie saying: “It will break his heart” and “But you have got to get it over with” --- Assuming the worst he runs out of the house as fast as he could and finds himself at Belle’s doorstep as she answers the door and sighs as she thinks he is going to have a go at her but he smiles. “Are you alone?” She nods and he passionately kisses her, taking her aback for a second before responding. Belle throws him onto the sofa laughing and climbs on top of him kissing him and unbuttoning his shirt.
