There is part of me that wishes I could be more daring, but it takes very little for my confidence to be shaken, and when that happens it takes ages to build up again, so I am a very cautious person. Depends what you mean by superstitious – I do believe that there are certain things that you can do to improve your luck, and I do believe in karma, but as for stuff like breaking mirrors I think piffle – the only bad luck that’ll give you is the fun time you’ll have sweeping up all of the miniscule little pieces before someone decides to walk in. Most of that sort of superstition seems to me to be nothing more than common sense. (I love black cats and Friday the thirteenth, as I think that everything has the same amount of luck to offer people, and if no-one’s using up the luck offered by them, there must be more left for me!!)
