She heard noises coming from Robbie’s room, but he wouldn’t answer the door. She forced open the door. She walked up to Robbie’s room. “I was knocking on the door!” she said angrily. “I know,” said Robbie, not looking at her. “I want to talk to you!” she said. “But I don’t want to talk to you,” said Robbie. “Have you got my red top with the sequins on it?” asked Tasha. Robbie handed it to her. “I didn’t bother washing it,” said Robbie. “Fine!” said Tasha. She stood watching him, silently. Robbie tried to ignore her. “You can go now,” he said. “I’m moving,” said Tasha. “What?” said Robbie. “I’m moving to the city,” said Tasha. Robbie looked at her. “Why?” he said. “there’s nothing left for me in Summer Bay,” Said Tasha. “Even Irene’s stopped trusting me…” She looked as if she was going to cry. “I’m leaving the day after tomorrow,” said Tasha. “So this is goodbye…” Robbie watched her sadly as a tear ran down her cheek. “I’ve got to go pack!” she said and ran out.
