Nathan
NOTE: The following interview was transcribed from March 2006 NZ TV Update magazine, page 19. Three personal possessions you couldn’t live without? “Guitar, iPod and my teddy.” First person you kissed? “I don’t do that sort of thing, I’m not married yet!” First car? “An ’89 Honda civic, arctic blue and it’s still going. What would you cook me if I came over for dinner? “I don’t even know you, buy probably a big slab of steak.” Do you have any pets? “At my parents’ house I have two dogs but you could also count my room-mate.” Which best describes you: health food fanatic or junk food junkie? “I’m getting pretty healthy these days.” TV Show you can’t bear to miss? “We Could Be Heroes.” What are in your pockets right now? “Phone, wallet, $2.70 and Ventolin.” Your typical Saturday morning is…? “Sleep, eat, skate, laugh.” Who does most of the cooking in your house? “Chris [Hemsworth, who plays Kim] – he’s not as good as he says he is though!” Nicknames? “Flurzel, Furzey, Tiger, Maverick.” Place of birth? Orange, NSW Favourite flower? “Tulip.” Favourite ice-cream? “Rum and raisin.” Last person you went out to dinner with? “My mates LR and Hollywood.” Many tattoos? “Heaps, but they’re skin coloured.” Have you ever run out of petrol? “No, but pretty close since petrol is $1000 a litre at the moment.” If you could have a holiday anywhere, where would you go? “Linderman Island with a heap of mates.” Apart from the one you have right now, your dream job would be? “Guitarist in a successful heavy metal band.” Would you ever appear in your own reality TV show? “No. I hate reality TV. It’s the worst thing for actors. It keeps us out of work and I find it boring.”
