It was over. “Whats wrong?” Jeremy asked as he approached her. “What do you think, you creep?” Martha said. “Okay, well I'm sorry but i know what will make you feel better.” Jeremy said “A nice dinner and a movie... my shout” Jeremy said. “Just forget it Jeremy, I am never ever going on a date with you. Ever.” “Now just go away.” “I guess I'll just have to make you then” Jeremy said with a smile on his face. “Whats that supposed to mean?” Martha asked. “I don't know.. i guess you'll have to just wait and see.” Jeremy walked away. Martha was kind of scared now. She decided to go see Tasha and have a chat. “Tash, Tash are you there?” “Calm down... she's just in the bathroom” Robbie said. “I'm sorry...” said Martha. “It's okay, she'll be out in a minute” he said. Martha sat on the couch, and replayed that conversation over and over in her head that she had had with Jack in the hospital this morning. “Hey” said Tasha “Hey Tash” said Martha “Whats up?” she asked. “It's Jack” Martha replied. “We've broken up” she said. “Awww Mac... how did that happen?” Tasha asked. Martha explained everything. And told her about the conversation they had earlier in the hospital. “That's crazy... he's stupid to believe some random guy that he's known for 5 seconds and not believe you!” Tasha said. “What is he thinking?” “I'm going to help you prove to jack that Jeremy is lying” Tasha said with a lot of enthusiasm. “...and how are you planning to do that?” Martha asked “I'm not sure... but we'll think of something”said Tasha “Stay here tonight... your apartment would be pretty lonely.” “Haha, thanks Tash.” Martha said Meanwhile at the hospital. “Jack should be fine to come home now, when we have the results of the x-rays we will give you a call.” The doctor said. “But Jack, you're off work for a week. Get plenty of rest, thats the only way it will get better” he said. Jack nodded “Thanks” said Tony “... and Jack. You're staying at our house tonight” Tony said All three of them walked out to the car. “What was all that fuss with Martha before, Jack?” Tony asked. “Oh it was nothing, just having a chat.” Jack replied. “Are you sure that was all? She didn't look very happy when she came out of that room.” Tony said “Yeah thats all. She just had to get somewhere” Jack said. They pulled into the driveway and walked inside. Chapter 5 Tasha woke up, and rolled over to see if Martha was still asleep. She was awake. Tasha had to get up, it was past 9:00 and she had things to do. “Hey Mac, I'm just gonna get dressed and pop in to Tony and Beth's place to drop off some books she lent me. Wanna come?” Tasha asked “Thanks Tash, but i might just stay here for a bit if thats okay. Then go for a walk. I'll see you when you get back.” Martha said “Okay” Tasha said. She got dressed and had some breakfast. “Okay Mac, I'm off. Cya later.” Tasha said Tasha got in the car and drove to Tony and Beth's house. She knocked on the door. “Hey Tash” said Tony “Hey!” Tasha said “come on in” “Thanks”said Tasha “Is Beth home?” asked Tasha. “No, sorry. You just missed her. She's gone to the shops with Maddie” Tony said. “and Lucas is down at the beach with a couple of mates... so its just me and Jack” “Oh okay, well here are some books I lent her.” said Tasha “Thanks Tash, I'll give them to her when she gets back” tony said “Would you like a drink” asked Tony “Yeah, just a glass of water is fine” said Tasha Tony went into the kitchen and Tasha sat down at the table next to Jack. “Hey Jack, how are you?” Tasha asked. “Hey, yeah I'm alright.” he replied “Martha told me about your accident” “Oh, okay.” he said and looked down at the table. “I know its kind of none of my business, but do you think you guys need to talk?” Tasha asked “She cheated on me. Whats there to talk about?” Jack said and looked up at Tasha. “But Jack, how do you know? Imagine if you were in her position!” Tasha said. “Just think about it. Is your relationship really worth all this?” She drank her water then said bye to Tony and left. Chapter 6 It was 10:00 by the time Tasha got home. “Hello” Tasha said as she walked in the door. “Hey, hey, hey” said Robbie. “Hey, is Martha home?” Tasha asked. “No, she left for a walk about half an hour ago.” Robbie answered. “Okay” Tasha said as she sat down on the couch. Meanwhile whilst Martha was on her walk along the beach she saw Jeremy. “Hey Martha” Jeremy said “How are you. You busy?” he said “Do you NOT get the picture? I don't want to see you ever again.” Martha yelled. He grabbed onto her arm and squeezed it tight. “get off me” Martha yelled, but he didn't let go. Some people around stared at them. “Don't touch me, get your hands off me” she screamed again. But he wasn't going to listen. And why arn't those people that are staring helping? Jack you are soooo going to regret what your doing if anything happens to Martha!!!
