I have recently started collecting Neighbours card too. About a week ago I did recieve a reply from Neighbours office which only took an week since I mailed my letter. I asked for cards on the newest cast, and they sent me 24 cards!! All of them are handsigned too. That's Amazing. I really hope Home and away soon starts answering mail again, it's been awhile since. Not all actors are as open on social media so count yourself lucky if someone you like replies. I know I was happy to send a tweet to one of my 90s Heroes and she thanked us! I havent heard anything back from H&A for a good year and bit now also and then Neighbours step in and i have every single fan card from each cast member of the show that is also hand-written. Yes Neighbours has always been good with replies yet something happen which ruined the show for me so Im glad the other cast are doing a better job at being nice and helpful for the fans.
