Andy Posted February 20, 2006 Report Share Posted February 20, 2006 Holly to take a 5 week break The Herald Sun's Fiona Byrne reports that Holly Brisley and her new husband Paul Ford have jetted off for a five-week honeymoon following their wedding last weekend. The couple, who met two years ago, married in front of 150 guests at the Ceretti Chapel in Manly, Sydney, last Saturday. The reception was held at Fort Denison (in the middle of Sydney Harbour), before guests moved on to a relaxed after-party at the Cruise Bar & Lounge at Circular Quay. Brisley, who turned 28 last month, made sure that security arrangements were tight to ensure no one could catch a glimpse of her off-guard. No matter how enthusiastic she is as host of Australia's edition of World's Craziest Videos she certainly wouldn't have wanted a wedding day faux pas being submitted for the show! While some gained a glimpse of her through the windows of an immaculate Mk V Jag convertible, the Home and Away actress was careful to stay out of sight when she arrived at the chapel for her 4pm wedding. There will be plenty of chance to view the best of the official wedding photos - the photos have been sold to weekly magazine New Idea. The wedding photos are available in this week's issue along with an exclusive interview. No word yet on how writers will incorporate her five weeks off into the scripts of Home and Away and her on-screen character, Amanda Vale.
