Leah is waiting for claire but thier is no sign of her, she tries her mobile but still no sign.

2 days later.

(The caravan house)

Ric walks through his door after he has a few days in the city with Alf.

Ric comes in and puts his bags on the floor and see's Sall drinking her tea, he walks up to her and hugs her.

Ric: Mum I missed you

Sally: I missed you to.

Pete walks in with a smile on his face.

Pete: gud ay m8 you have a good time?

Ric: Yeah it was really good, I had sometime to think and I now know what I want to do in life.

Pete: what is that then?

Ric: you will find out in all good time.

Sally: well im going to cook you dinner. Pete will you be wanting any?

Pete: No thanks sal Ive got to go work in 15 minutes.

Sally: Ric you fancy going to the dinner for dinner?

Ric: Yeah sure.

Pete: ill give you a lift.

Pete drops them off at the dinner and he heads to work.

(dinner)

Everyone is happy to see Sally getting on with her life and Ric doing the same.

Irene: What would you like Ric?

Ric: Can I have the biggest cheese buger you can make?

Irene: (laughs) Has Alf not been feeding you while you have been away?

Alf walks in.

Alf: I have but my grandson is a growing boy.

Sally: (laughs) Can i have a chesse buger, A small I though.

Irene: Sure, Ill bring it over.

Mean while

Maddie and Lucas are walking back from the pictures holding hands when

Lucas: You fancy going for a smoothie?

Maddie: Yeah sure, Im going home to get my bikini on because i want to go for a swim after, Ill meet you there.

Lucas kisses maddie and they walk in different direction.

Maddie walks in to her house to see Beth and Tony cuddling up on the sofa.

Beth: hi sweetie where Luke?

Maddie: He's at the dinner im going there soon.

Maddie grabs her things and walks out!

Maddie is walking down the road when she spots a car heading towards her.

maddie starts to walk faster.

the man gets out the car and drags maddie in to the car.

the car then drives off.

Inside the car.

Maddie frantically tries to open the door.

but she doesnt suceed.

Man: tell him to wath his back!

he pushes maddie out of the car and she rips her top.

Maddie starts to cry laying on the floor.

Dan is driving past when he spots maddie on the foor.

He runs over to the shaken up matilida.

Dan: Omg are you ok?

He lifs Maddie in to his car but she pulls back.

Dan: Its only me matilda.

She still does'nt want to get in the car so he ring Beth.

Beth rushes down to where Matilda is who takes her to the hospital.

(Hospital).

Rachael checks Maddie over

Rachael: she is going to be fine, she is just shaken up.

Peter arrives to take a statement from matilda.

Maddie explains that he said 'tell him to watch his back'

Lucas runs in to the hospital to comfort maddie.

Pete goes to take a statement from the witness but finds out its Dan so he rings for someone else to take one.

Pete is leaving the station when super intendent Claire brody walks through the doors.

Pete is in shock when he see's her.

Pete walks straight passed her.

Dan is happy to see Claire is back.

Pete enters Leah's house.

Pete: Leah are you hear.

Leah: Yeah im here.

Pete runs over to her and kisses her.

Leah is shocked.

Pete: Look Leah if it means losing my brother to be with you. Well thats what got to be done.

I love you babe.

Leah: hugs Pete and say's I love you to, The devorce should be hear in the next week. Once the divorce has come through we will tell people.

Leah and Pete kiss.

Pete: Ow yeah Claire is back in town.

Leah: Yeah I no, she was meant to come round the other day but she did'nt.

Pete: come sit down.

Leah: walks over to the sofa.

Pete: before I left the city

Leah: what you going on about....

Pete: Listen please babe.....

Pete: one nite she was really off with me. I thought it was da time of the month but I noticed she had got up in the middle of the night. I heared her drop something in the kitchen as i went out to see what she was doing I noticed she had a pregnacy test in her hand. I culd'nt belive it. All I have dreamed off is having kids.

Claire done the test and she was glad that she was'nt pregnant. I was really upset. As the weeks went on I thought to my self. do I really want to live like this with her. I thought the only person I have to be with or Near is you so I had to come back. So I told claire is was'nt working out and I came back hear.

Leah: ok but Why do you want me now if I can't have kids.

Pete: I don't care aslong as I have you.

Pete: but now I think Claire is back for me.

Leah: Well who do you love?

Pete: you

Leah: well im not letting you go.

Pete: from now no secrets.

Leah: still 1 secret?

Pete: what?

Leah: Why did you have them pictures of me.

Pete: I had been told.......

(Jesse enters holding Josie hand)

Jesse: sorry Leah but ive come to let you know, Me and Josie are going to england to make a fresh start.

Were leaving in 1 hour.

Pete and Leah congratulate them

Leah: come to Noah's later and we will say a proper goodbye.

(jesse and Josie leave)

Pete mobile rings.

Pete: detective Baker.... Ill be straight their.

Pete: im needed at the station.

Sally is tidying up the living room when she finds One of Flynn's medical books and precription papers.

Sally breaks down in to tears.

After about an hour Ric walks home and finds Sally crying on the floor.

Ric: mum whats wrong.

Sally hugs ric for about 10 minutes.

Ric: I have got you something

Ric hands Sally 2 plane tickets to go and visit Pippa.

Sally gladfully excepts them and walks up stairs to pack.

5 hours later.

Alf arrives to take sally to the air port.

Pete arrives home

Sally: Pete im going away for a while with Pippa.

Pete: don't worry i ill look after him.

Sally hugs ric and walks out with Alf.

Ric: looks like its just me and you then pete.

Pete: yeah.... boys night inn.

Ric laughs and walks over to the kitchen to get some beer.

Leah is getting ready. Once she has got ready she goes to get the post.

She walks over to see a big envolope. She is hopong its divorce papers.

Leah brings the post inside and opens her mail.

Its the divorce papers.

She runs over to her phone and texts Peter saying 'There here, I really wanna see you can you come rnd?'

(caravan Park)

Pete mobile phone goes off.

Ric: Baker ya fones ringin.

Pete: OI you dnt get chekky to a copper(laughing)

Ric: What time you working 2day?

Pete: Im not im going gym!

Ric: You mind if i come along?

Pete: Sure why not!

Pete reads his text message.

Pete: Ive got to poop out 4 a bit, will you be ok?

Ric: Yeah ill meet you down the gym bout 10????

Pete: yeah catch ya later

Pete arrives at Leah place to find her making Breakfast.

Pete: hiya babe something smells good!

Leah: I made you breakfast

Pete: how did you know i was coming?

Leah: well I know what your like plus you love me to much to resist me!

Pete kisses leah and they hugg.

Leah: Pete.... I miss you.

Pete: I miss you to but I have to look after Ric.

Pete: how about you come round for dinner with me and Ric? bring v.j?

Leah: that sounds good.

They chat for about an hour then Pete as to go and meet Ric.

Leah: sorry babe I got to and meet Ric at the gym

Pete kisses Leah and he leaves.

Matilda has'nt left her bedroom since returning from the hospital.

Lucas is just lying next to Matilda who is asleep.

Beth enters the bedroom but Leaves when she see's maddie asleep.

Matilda wakes up and smiles when she see's Luc next to her.

Tony: Beth i have got an idea why dont we take the kids out for dinner.

Beth: ill ask maddie when she gets up.

(The gym)

Pete is working out when he see's Ric enter.

Pete: you know if u was a copper you could'nt be late if you had to be somewhere.

Ric: sorry detective I could'nt find my shorts.

Pete and Ric laugh then start to run on the running machines.

Ric and Pete work out for about 45 minutes then head for the showers.

Pete and Ric grabs bottled water from the Bar.

Pete pays for the water then see's Claire enter.

Pete rushes over to the back door of Noah's.

When Ric turns round Pete is no where to be seen.

Claire: hi'ya Ric have you seen Peter?

Ric: Erm well no....

Claire: When you see him tell him i need to talk to him a.s.a.p.

Ric leaves the room and walks outside to hear some one wispering Ric.

Pete: wispers Ric... over here.

Ric turns round to see Pete standing behind the wall.

Pete and Ric jogg home.

Ric: Baker you going to tell me what all that was about?

Pete: I left the City because Claire did'nt want to start a familt but I did then I came bk 4 a visit and Leah had split up with Dan. We was ok at first but then when we looked at each other something was there.

You know the nite Flynn and Sally came rnd 4 dinner?

Well I could'nt sleep so i got up to get a drink and Leah was up. She dropped something on the floor. We both bent down and then we kissed.

Leah pulled away but she said she had feelling for me.

Then Dan found out and they split.

I left the bay then returned with Vinnie and that when I found out Dan and her had split for good.

When I got back I asked Leah if she still loved me and were are together now.

Ric: god you move fast?

that why Dan was off with you last week and punched ya?

Pete: Yeah also I think Claire has come back to get me so by her returning to work in Summer bay she can try and win me round, she thinks im still single but im not.

You have got to promise me not to tell any one?

Ric: of course not baker.

Pete is rushing round the house making sure everything is perfect for the dinner.

Pete:(shouting) Ric you better have a clean shirt on.

Ric walks down stairs.

Pete: You look smart, thanks for making an effort tonight m8.

Ric: stop it baker ya running rnd like a mad man

Pete: I want everything to be ok!!!

Leah knocks on the door, Pet walks over to answer the door.

Pete: hiya babe(kisses her on the cheek) I will be back in 5 minutes, Ric poor Leah a glass of wine.

Leah: Ric thanks for understanding!

Ric: Its ok if you like each other that much you should be together no matter what happens.

Leah: Yeah Pete is special.

Pete walks down in a very stilsh checked t-shirt.

Leah grins at how hot Pete is looking.

Pete and Ric serve dinner.

Meanwhile Amanda is heading back to summer bay fom her 3 week break.

Amanda see's a bag on the side of the road and wonders if there will be some cash in the bag.

Amanda pulls over and goes towards the bag. As she opens the bag she hears footsteps behind her then a feels a gun in her back.

gun man: Get up and get in the car!!

Amanda is S*****g her self so she does what he says..

Amanda get in the car when she is hacuffed and tied dwn and blind folder.

the car goes down the road at full speed and suddenly jolts.

Amanda: please stop.

Gunman : shut it

the car pulls over and Amanda is untied from the car and still blind folded.

the gun man walks anamda down a road when she come to the cliff edge.

he spins amanda round so she is facing the bush not the cliff side.

gun man: up to you now!

Amand thinks she is facing the cliff side but she is'nt so she walks over the liff and drops to the ground.

GUNMAN: well if u was'nt as thick as your ex, and his brother you could of lived.

the gunman runs off through the bushs.

Meanwhile

Tony, Beth, Robbie matilda, scott and luc and jack are all having dinner n the dinner.

they all talking about how they love the new house when tony suddenly says

Tony: beth will you marry me?

Beth: Yes of course.

Everyone in the dinner congratulates them.

Racael and Kim waith in givig thier wedding invited for the wedding in 2 weeks time.
