  2. Wow, I didn't know that. Interesting. From memory, Ruby turned herself into the police soon after Dex's car accident so I assumed she was held in custody for a period of time, before she was sentenced. Enough time has now passed, that it's plausible she could come back some point in the future.

  4. Can't go past Alf. Been there from the start and he's the patriarch of the show. Amanda was a great character. Mid-2000s was an awesome period of the show.

  8. Scott Hunter and Scott Phillips. Both were on the show at the same time at one stage. Back to the original topic, I understand Kristy's disappointment/frustration, but her character is too memorable for older viewers of the show to forget. Viewers who have only started watching the show in the last 10-15 years won't remember her.
  9. Still early days with Chloe. She's full on at the moment, but once she's more integrated into the show, hopefully she settles down.

  13. Tony Holden. The way he reacted to finding out Angelo was responsible for Jack's death was frightening. I think he would have genuinely killed Angelo if he wasn't restrained.
  14. I'm in two minds about this, but I don't the current approach the writers and producers have taken in not addressing t. If Home and Away wants to be as realistic as possible, it would have made sense to acknowledge the existence of the pandemic without letting it dominate the show. As others have noted, Australia has avoided the brunt of the pandemic (barring Victoria to an extent) so daily life is largely normal. In contrast, the saturation of COVID into our daily lives whether it be in the way it's impacted our lives directly or listening to the media every day, it's refreshing to

  18. 35th year should be centered around Irene, in the same way Alf was in episode 4000 (60th birthday). If they have Irene turning 70 in 2023, having a big party with several returnees would be fantastic, especially among her biological and foster children.
  19. I regret not voting this time round. Can't wait for 2022. Great work by Dan and the team adding up the votes and providing the results. It's a great read.
  20. Dodge is the greatest villain hands down. He was even more deranged in his return in 1995. Both were psychotic, but Brad was a twisted individual to say the least.
  21. Yes, vaguely when I think about it. Oddly enough, I don't remember it that well.
  22. How could I forget Corey? I've drawn a blank on Liam and Martha being together at any point.
  23. No one caused it. Started from fire in the oven, and the police report stated it was an electrical fire. Maddy Jevic portrays Jai's mother, Amber.
  24. 2005. The Stalker! Enough said! Alf's 60th and the return of many characters from the past. The Hunter family being the forefront of the show. The Holden family arriving later in the year. Jesse and Josie's failed wedding. Marc blackmailing Josie. Leah and Dan getting married. Irene had a juicy storyline involving Corey Henderson after she was a jury member of his father's trial. Hayley/Scott/Kim paternity mix up. Return of Josh West. Flynn being diagnosed with advanced melanoma.
