1. What have they done to Evie's bedroom window? It does look really nice with all the stained glass, but it's a big change.
2. Are 5* stopping the first look next year? They didn't air an episode yesterday, bringing the Channel 5 and 5* episodes in line.
3. The loss of the jukebox made less sense than the burger phone. Whereas the burger phone (Did it survive the change from the Den to the second Pier Diner?) is a little kitsch and less in keeping with the Diner's new fine dining look, the jukebox was the kind of retro piece that would've fitted really well in the third/fourth Pier Diner - although the lights hadn't worked properly since a few years into the Beachside Diner era.
4. Thanks Dan. You guys do an amazing job tracking down these locations, as Home and Away have cast the net quite wide on their locations, particularly in recent years, so you seem to have to go all over East NSW to snapshot these places.
5. Is there a way to view an index of all locations? I love the locations section of the site, but as I often view it on my phone I struggle to find specific locations as the map isn't very phone friendly and without the map it's hard to know what region a location is in. Also, on the Hogan's store page, (I was fascinated by the behind the scenes info btw) but I've just read it again and should the lease date have been November 1988 instead of 1989?
6. Neighbours UK Christmas break will be 2 weeks, to allow us to catch up on the 2 week transmission gap. Australia have a 4 week break.
7. They lost the rights for the 2012 Olympics, but Seven won them back for 2016 & 2020. To be fair to Channel 5, if I were a broadcaster I wouldn't want to catch up whilst Seven are messing with the schedule so much as you'd either end up breaching the contract by accidentally going ahead or run out of episodes because Seven haven't aired any for 5 days and are showing a triple bill once a week or whatever they're doing.
8. It appears given the schedules and timeslots in the 2 weeks after 4th December that we've lost Home and Away to allow Neighbours to catch up two weeks. Of course we'll have the Olympics next year, so there will be an extra break in Australia probably, so we might catch up then. Plus Neighbours will have to finish on 2nd December next year, so maybe Home and Away will continue further into December.
9. The break seems a little odd, unless they're doing it instead of a Summer break next year. Neighbours however seems to be continuing until the 2015 finale, so we finish the year at the same place as Australia, possibly with a view to air on the same day next year.
10. Thanks Dan, it wasn't there before, but I cleared that and then the eye appeared plus the activity stream icon at the top of the forum.
11. Dan, how do we do spoiler tags on the mobile site? I've tried the normal

(without the extra space) but it just removes the code and doesn't hide the spoiler.
12. The UK episode discussion thread is really weird on my mobile, it's all squished to the left hand side.
13. I hope the home is a temporary thing, even if Leah doesn't move back in and does a house swap, I'd hate to lose that set permanently.
14. I'm just catching up as I've been away. Has Leah's house changed again or has it just had wooden cladding added? I'm sure it changed to a brick building. EDIT: I've just found it in the locations section and it always had the cladding, I think I must have just glimpsed at it and assumed it was brick.
15. It's been over the other door since they started using the house again as they can't have people exit from the side if they cover the door they use. They actually moved the lattice on the interior set so it didn't cover the door, however from the angle they shoot the door from now you don't see that. I doubt we'd ever see a scene like that of us looking at Sally outside the screen door from that angle again as we'd see the backdrop. The side porch is now effectively huge as it extends back over the laundry room, so on the interior you now see the trellis through the laundry window as the light shines through.
16. I loved Alf blatantly telling Irene 'I remember you when you had character traits'
17. Thanks Dan. I thought the star was a 'favourite' button or something, but hasn't tried it yet.
18. It took me a while but 'Activity Stream' is the replacement for View New Posts. Looks much better on mobile than the old version.
19. They did pretty well with Alf's address really as they didn't change the street name all the way along to 2000.
20. They had a fully seperate gym room from about 1996, but then a private gym from 2002/2003, whenever Summer Bay Superbods was set up by Jesse & Hayley.
21. Alf wasn't at Shane & Angel's wedding due to the accident was he? I don't remember any Sarah scenes away from Angel & the wedding stuff (i.e. At Don's, the church etc...) on her return.
22. Probably, I always get confused between Jeep, Range Rover and Land Rover.
23. Yeah, it is odd how certain vehicles became iconic, I understand the Charger and the Pink Bambino standing out as they were mentioned a lot in the story, but Alf's Jeep was so associated with his character. I remember finding it really jarring when Alf suddenly started driving a ute, I don't think there was an explanation, I always assumed it was in the garage of the Stewart house or parked outside during the mudslide. The Stewarts having two cars also really stood out to me, I didn't know anyone who did at the time, at least until the mid 90s. I suppose it's just because he had it for so long, whereas the Fletchers/Rosses had quite a few different vehicles.
24. Well the trees burnt in the fire that destroyed most of the original house and the driveway is a brand new drive, it now comes up at an angle in front of the house whereas it used to run alongside and was just a dirt track.
25. Yeah, I'd say Irene grew up when Maz left and she met Ken. The scene where she protected Nick from his Mum in particular was almost her going full circle, from being the Mum the children needed protecting from to being the protector of the child, like Pippa was. I know there were other scenes like that with earlier kids like Selina, but it felt different with Nick being younger. Even so, she still felt very young and was close to the teens and Sally right up until the point she moved back to the Diner.
