Following Karen Dean's departure the previous week, after being arrested for causing the car accident that killed David Croft, she was removed from the opening titles in Episode 846 (2nd September 1991). Strangely enough, her brother Blake who she shared a shot with was also removed, despite his continuing role on the show. The gap was filled by the reintroduction of the windsurfer last seen in the 1990 titles.
