In a bizarre anomaly, the set of opening titles shown on Friday 29th September 1989, 4 days after the previous changes, reinstated the shot pairing Morag Bellingham and the now-departed Marilyn Chambers. Marilyn had left the previous week and was removed from the titles accordingly.
The reason for her inclusion in this set can presumably be put down to an error, as by the following episode the 5th set of titles had been reinstated. Nevertheless, her inclusion for this one episode marks a unique sequence of titles which were never seen again.
