Will any more Incidental Music CDs be released?

Are there any plans to release the incidental music played on the show on a CD? Both on Neighbours and H & A some of the most beautiful tunes I've heard have been the simple melodies played in the background of scenes, but show soundtracks only ever seem to feature 'chart' music. I'm especially interested in that bittersweet piano/violin piece that played over KK 2002 scenes (first when Kirsty told Kane she couldn't see him anymore, and again when she read his letter), and another piece that played while Kirsty was dumping Poodle-Do.

Hi RIDHA. No, there are no plans for a CD of the nature you suggest. Marketing is a separate group and we have little communication with them - they do their thing (books, bubble episodes, chart song CD's etc) and we do ours. We certainly help them effect the concepts they come up with, but we do not core generate the ideas of what will and won't be done. But I'll certainly let them know that questions have been asked about this type of CD and that there could be a market out there for it.
