We can confirm that, as promised in a recent interview with producer Cameron Welsh, that there will be 3 characters joining the regular cast of Home and Away in coming weeks.
Liam Murphy played by Axle Whitehead
The famous rock star who befriended Belle Taylor in rehab returns to the bay. With Belle to soon be shuffling off this mortal coil, what reason does he have to stick around?
Gina Austin played by Sonia Todd
Tony Holden's sister, and mother of Hugo, Xavier and Brendan, who has had a couple of guest stints in the first half of 2009. Whilst autistic son Brendan will return for a short stint, he will not be sticking around (no pun intended) like his mother.
Romeo Smith played by Luke Mitchell
A brand new character who is an old friend of Jai Fernandez. Liam picks him up whilst he's hitch-hiking - what brings him to the bay?

We're in the process of creating a brand new look Back to the Bay to freshen things up, clear out the clutter and add some features as we go.
