Although rumored to be a hit film ready to give Disney's High School Musical franchise serious competition, Tammin Sursok's new movie, Spectacular! disappointed for Nickelodeon.
The entertainment business newsletter Studio Briefing, reports that only 3.3 million viewers caught the premiere in the US on February 16th, while Disney's first High School Musical movie managed to gather 7.7 million viewers in front of the silver screen for its premiere in 2006.
Australian Tammin Sursok, who played Dani Sutherland on Home & Away, plays one of the leads in the movie, which as of this date does not have a set premiere date for other countries.
