Todd Lasance crash inquiry resumes

AFTER stalling for almost three months, the police investigation into Home and Away star Todd Lasance's horror crash is on the road again after the elderly woman injured in the accident was released from hospital.

Now forced to use a walking frame after suffering multiple fractures, a collapsed lung and broken ribs, Margaret Holland, 80, returned home last week still recovering from several surgeries.

Police yesterday confirmed their investigation - which was put on hold until both parties could be interviewed - will now move forward.

Initial reports suggested Mrs Holland caused the accident by allegedly making an improper right turn but that has been called into question after six eye witnesses approached police with conflicting stories.

New look!

We're in the process of creating a brand new look Back to the Bay to freshen things up, clear out the clutter and add some features as we go. Apologies for how long it's taking and how much of the site is looking rather peculiar as a result, but rest assured we're making progress and the new look will be complete within the next few weeks.
