Ben Steel, who played Jude Lawson in the show, is currently rehearsing in the UK for the play 'Serial Killers' that opens at the Derby Playhouse on 29th October.
A hit for writer James Griffin in both Australia and New Zealand, Serial Killers recently become a successful 7-part series on national New Zealand television.
Inspired by the NZ Soap Shortland Street, the play is a sharp and witty look at TV soap, one of the icons of popular culture, based on Griffin's own experience as a soap opera writer.
Also starring is Rebecca Hobbs, sister of former H&A stars Katrina Hobbs (Dr Kelly Watson) and Chris Hobbs (Marc Edwards), and Neighbours star Mark Little.
