Do you think James Stewart will be the next 10-year character? He is 3 years away do you see him lasting? I think he can survive long term obviously up to the actor. Thoughts?

Marilyn is an icon. I would love to see Marilyn go back into Beauty, maybe open up a beauty shop instead of working in the diner.

IMO: Xander has to be the most boring male character within the last decade

I think John & Irene should become a couple. Irene is the stern motherly figure, where as John as the larkin Father Figure. Bringing them together will of course bring more comedy to the show. Irene is a the Queen of Home and Away and it about time in her 30th year on the soap, they give her focus and finally see her head down the isle while bringing back familiar faces to her & John's wedding. I personally think Marilyn wouldn't have an issues because she would want happiness for both Irene & John. TBH, Irene & Alf would of never worked, whereas Irene & John work they have been doing alot of scene going for dinner and a genuine spark. #Johrene
