Who should sing the Home and Away theme song if it comes back? How long should it be?

The 1995 theme features the strongest vocals of the lot imo, especially in the echoed version, with the alternate recording of the "and from the very first moment..." section. The dramatic tone of the singers somehow counter-acts the cheese of the lyrics, which unfortunately can't be said of all the other versions.

 I can't fault their performances really, it just sounds SO right and so clean, and it's hard to imagine anyone coming along and doing any better.

Jason Donovan. In a concert once he was singing the Neighbours theme then started singing the H&A theme.

I read once that there was a rumour that Jason and Kylie sung the theme tune to H&A when it begun. How I wish that was true.
