Someone with similar attributes to Ailsa who was head strong (mostly) and wore the trousers pretty much. Hey, maybe he's the one to find out about Charlie and Brax first? Since he don't really know anything about it. He could be diagnosed with a serious illness - perhaps he is diagnosed with Alzheimer's and it could be a long-running storyline like Mark Fowler's HIV in EastEnders. I knew about Morag, Celia and Barbara but when has Debra actually been mentioned? She was shown in the flashback from Alf's childhood in 2010, also mentioned by Celia In 1988.
