Yes it would be classified as spoilers as those scenes have not featured on UK screens as yet. According to the guide for UK episodes (as of 10 September - Episode 5561), Rocco is still in hospital. IMO, it would be a good idea to wait until those episodes have featured on UK screens before displaying any such icons relating to Heath, Bianca and Rocco in bed. IMO, yes it would be a spoiler as that particular episode hasn't even screen in some Australian states (as of 13 September) let alone in the UK.
