Brad Armstrong and Emily Richmond (2006)

When Brad arrived on his own in Summer Bay, it seemed obvious to assume that he was single, even his sister thought so. But what do you know?...his fiancee, Emily showed up shortly after. It was revealed though that Emily was dieing of leukemia and didn't have long to live. Brad and Emily wanted to make the most of the time they had together, so they arranged to get married. They had a small wedding in the Surf Club which was attended by some of their family and friends. Emily's condition deteriorated and she knew she didn't have long left. She asked Brad to take her to the beach to see the sun rise, something which they did on their first date. As the sun rose over Summer Bay, Emily lost her battle in Brad's arms.

Graham Walters and Amanda Vale (2005)

Graham fell for Amanda and let's be fair, if you were a slightly randy old man, or as Drew showed, a randy young man, who wouldn't. Quite why Amanda would fall for an old codger like Graham isn't clear until you refer to Graham as a rich old codger. So, they got married in a season finale wedding and enjoyed one months worth of happy marriage. Morag and Robbie soon cottoned on that all wasn't as it should be and to show he wasn't completely gormless, Graham soon worked out that Amanda was only in it for the money. As he served Amanda with divorce papers, he collapsed with a heart attack and eventually died when his grandson did the dignified thing and turned the life support machine in an attempt to keep Amanda's hands off Graham's money. It didn't work.

Robbie Hunter and Tasha Andrews(2005)

If anyone was going to have a traditional wedding, it wouldn't be Robbie and Tasha! There wasn't a celebrant; there were no guests, just them. After exchanging commitment rings, Robbie (yes, Robbie) pronounced him and Tasha, husband and wife. Their 'proper' wedding was to come a year later though when there was a celebrant there to officiate their marriage.
