Episode Summaries
Welcome to the gateway to thousands of Home and Away Episode Summaries. We currently have 5016 summaries available on the website, and the number is increasing regularly. Our summaries stretch right through Home and Away's 21-year history, from the Pilot Episode to the very latest Australian episodes. In fact, summaries of the latest Australian episodes are added every weekday, usually just hours after the episode airs.
There are two types of summaries available in this section. Short summaries are exactly as the name suggest, one or two-line summaries of the episodes, similar to the type you'd find in a TV guide. Extended Summaries are available for a large number of the episodes on the site, and contain detailed information on the storylines and events from the episode. A small icon (
) is displayed next to episodes for which an extended summary is available.
A selection of our episodes also contain full scripts - an account of every word spoken. These episodes are denoted by a small script icon (
). Finally, a number of episodes are available for download from our Multimedia section. These episodes are denoted with a video icon (
), and upon clicking the icon you will be taken to the corresponding year in our Videos section.
