Dani and Josh’s mutual flirtation continues. Shelley is concerned by the bitterness that is consuming Brodie’s life. Vinnie finds it increasingly hard to stay positive.
Extended Summary
THE PATTERSON HOUSE
Vinnie and Alex talk about the birth. Helen tells Vinnie that Theo has arranged a lawyer for Vinnie. Alex leaves for work. Helen fusses over Vinnie. Vinnie doesn’t hold out much hope for his court case.
THE BEACH
Jude and Noah talk about the impending HSC results. Josh asks if they know about any cheap accommodation. Josh isn’t too excited about the HSC results.
SUMMER BAY HOUSE
The park bench is delivered to the caravan bench. Shelley and Brodie talk about the bench and then Will’s engagement.
THE HOSPITAL
Colleen has brought Leah some knitted clothes for VJ. Vinnie and Leah come in to check on Leah and VJ. Colleen and Helen argue about Leah going home. Colleen asks Vinnie about his legal stuff. She sticks her foot in it again and they try to get rid of her.
THE BEACHSIDE DINER
Josh hassles Dani, wanting her to put a good word in for him at the caravan park. Colleen says Hayley’s t-shirts. Colleen asks Hayley if she can makes t-shirts for Maggie. Hayley thinks about starting a t-shirt business. Jude arranges an HSC party.
THE CARAVAN PARK
Josh goes around the caravan park. Josh wants to talk to Rhys about the caravan park. He is not there, but Shelley allows him to stay in one of the caravans.
THE HOSPITAL
Charlotte comes to check up on Leah and says Leah can go home. Leah agrees and Charlotte organises the paperwork.
THE BEACHSIDE DINER
Josh tells Dani that he now has a caravan. Dani is disappointed and Josh starts to big himself up. Dani complains about her lending Josh a caravan. Dani continues to protest that Josh has no part in her future.
THE SURF CLUB
Alex and Noah play pool. Brodie gives Alex an icy glare. Noah asks Brodie to give Alex a break.
THE PATTERSON HOUSE
Hayley drops her t-shirts in to Leah. Vinnie gets notification about his upcoming legal problems. He tries to pass off as being nothing to Leah, but secretly he knows it is serious.
SUMMER BAY HOUSE
Josh and Dani continue to flirt as Josh pays his rent. One of the Sutherland girls again treats customers terribly. As Josh walks away Dani looks him over.
THE SURF CLUB
Noah, Hayley, Jude and Alex play pool. Brodie continues treat everybody terribly. Alex celebrates a pot and Brodie goes crazy at him before storming out. At the headland, Shelley talks to Brodie about her recent destructive behaviour.
THE PATTERSON HOUSE
Alex, Vinnie, Helen and Leah play with the baby. Helen and Alex then talk about Miles’ death and that she knows about the upcoming inquest.
THE SURF CLUB
Dani serves customers terribly at the kiosk. She then goes up a ladder and they continue to flirt. Josh looks up Dani’s skirt. As Josh walks away, Dani again looks him over.
