Next morning, the campers pack up to move on. Narelles convinces she heard someone moving around the camp during the night but the others dont believe her. Carly manages to step in a big puddle and ruin her socks and shoes. Luckily she has a spare. She goes to the porch of the house to change them...and doesnt see the figure watching her from the window.

Sally is coming down with chicken pox and its the worst possible time. She gets a letter to say shes won a competition she entered for two tickets to a Whispering Jack concert where she can meet him in person after the gig! Pippa's amazed - hardly a competition for a kid? Sure enough, it was out of one of Carly's magazines! But Sally really wants to go to the concert! Pippa doesnt think she'll be able to go and she is miserable. Frank and Bobby come to visit and hear the news. Sally tells them she will probably have to give away the tickets as she was supposed to be over 18 to enter anyway!

Colleen meets Don and thinks him for a very pleasant evening. Don reminds her it was Floss and Nev who put on the dinner but Colleen says it was him who made it an enjoyable evening. She hopes they can do it again sometime. Don is surprised by this - they had a nice meal and everything and he has accepted they could be friends, but is she trying to make it into something more than that? It certainly looks like it when he gets home to find a flower delivery for him from Interflora - with a card that says "for a special friend". Oh dear. Don visits Floss and tells her about it. He knew this would happen, he never should have played along. "You said it was just a friend she was after so now its your responsibility to set the record straight with her!" Floss sighs.

Narelle and the others finally move on from the Bertram house and Narelle is glad to be away from it. However, Carly forgets to collect her wet shoes from the porch. When she remembers she tells the others to keep going and runs back herself. But when she gets there, the shoes are gone. The door is open - she figures some dumb kids are messing around and goes inside calling out for them to stop playing and give her back her shoes. She sees them on a table in the first room and walks in to get them. Then the door slams shut behind her, and she spins around and gasps as she sees...
